Islas Resonantes is Yu Lin Humm's debut solo cello album, composed during a travel she took along the Orinoco River on the Colombian/Venezuelan border.
Looking to reproduce the sound Yu Lin heard within herself, she found an abandoned underground space in a forest which had the perfect characteristics to record Islas Resonantes.
The space gives the sensation to enter a parallel dimension, one where every thought and movement is magnified.

The music Yu Lin composed and recorded on cello,
produced by Núcleo Audio for the Motelx 2020 trailer,
received a gold award by the Art Director's Club Europe
and a silver award by the Creative Club Portugal.
